Rachel Sillman is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor. She also holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and has taught meditation classes and workshops at international retreats around the world, including in downtown Los Angeles. Rachel specializes in working with clients in stress reduction, goal creation, and attainment, discovering one’s passion and purpose, and learning how to emotionally regulate the body and nervous system through life’s challenges. Rachel currently runs groups at Inneractions around actualizing one’s goals and aspirations and learning important life skills for navigating many of life’s hardships. In addition, she works with clients 1:1 to help them overcome negative belief systems and move towards leading the life they want to be living.
